If you are interested in any of our Fellowship groups, please contact at 610-282-5683.  At present, we have fellowship groups meeting weekly throughout the Valley - consult the "Events" page for days/time/location. Our fellowship groups meet 3 times a month, generally excluding the first week due to the Leadership Training priority for our group leaders.

The foundation of Cornerstone's adult discipleship is our fellowship group ministry.  In the Fall of 2007, we functionally renamed our 'small groups' to 'Fellowship groups.'  The change is more than just semantic.  By name, Small Groups emphasizes little more than a group's size, whereas Fellowship Groups emphasizes purpose and intentionality.

busynessWe are not a church with Fellowship Groups, but a church OF Fellowship Groups.  Why?  Because we have seen God transform families and individuals through supernatural fellowship among broken people.  Because we believe in the biblical paradigm that the church is a fellowship of all those whom Christ has called to himself.  Even more, because we trust that a community of authentic fellowship is a great testimony to our lonely, isolated, and individualistic, busy culture of the transformation and redemption provided to us by Christ.  We are co-heirs with Christ and rightful participants in the Fellowship of the Trinity!

We desire to be intentional about plugging all of God's people - AND those who are seeking what it is to know Christ - into a fellowship of believers.  In fact, we would be so bold as to say that those who are not in some way involved in an intimate, transparent, biblically grounded "smaller" group of believers are unable to know the full extent of how God has loved us in Christ!  Because... the way we experience his love for us is through the love of his people.

Fellowship Group pictureInvolvement in a Fellowship Group is a 'necessary risk' for every believer.   So, prioritize for your family the intimate-gathering of God's people.  Give others the permission to carry your burdens with you... the privilege of celebrating the gospel with you... and even the power to point a finger at areas of your life that need the gospel most acutely (painful as it may be)!  Take the risk!
